Skyrim: fix the double mouse cursor after alt-tabbing

Right-click your Skyrim executable (TESV.exe for vanilla Skyrim or skse_loader.exe if you use SKSE), tick Disable visual themes and press OK.

UPDATE:

It seems the fix above doesn't always work. I found another way to fix this double cursor annoyance though:

In-game, when you need to alt-tab, press the 'tilde key' (usually the key right next to 1, it has symbols such as § or ° depending on your keyboard layout)  to open up the console. This prevents the double cursor from happening.

When you alt-tab back in, there shouldn't be a double-cursor anymore, if there is close and open the console again, then alt-tab in and out again.
