From the Readme:
This ENB makes use of FXAA injector and a tweaked The Wilds ENB.
// Before anything else ////////
1) Enable this in SkyrimPrefs.ini (required for any ENB):
bTreesReceiveShadows=1
bDrawLandShadows=1
bFloatPointRenderTarget=1
2) Since this already uses FXAA at highest settings I would recommend you disable AntiAliasing, as well as FXAA in your Skyrim Launcher options.
// Installation ///////////////
It's an all in one package. Put everything in this archive in your root Skyrim folder.
// In-game Shortcuts /////////
SHIFT + F12 = DISABLE ENB
PAUSE/BREAK = DISABLE FXAA
NUM * = SHOW FPS
INSERT or PRINT SCREEN = TAKE SCREENSHOT
